This policy explains what Premier Code, Inc. ("we", "us") collects when you use SEO Tool ("the Service") and how we use it.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and a hashed password.
• Tracking data: the websites, keywords, and SERP settings you add, and the ranking results we collect for them.
• Billing data: subscription status and payment records. Card details are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
• Usage/technical data: standard server logs needed to operate and secure the Service.

How we use it

To provide the Service (run ranking checks, show history, send reports), to process payments, to send transactional email (verification, receipts, rank reports), and to secure and improve the Service.

Third parties

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Mailgun (and a backup SMTP provider) — sending email.
• Search-data providers (Serper, SerpAPI) — performing the ranking lookups you request.

We do not sell your personal data.

Retention & your choices

We keep your data while your account is active. You can change your email or password, and permanently delete your account and its data, from the Account page. Deleting your account cancels any active subscription.

Cookies

We use a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising cookies.
