These Terms govern your use of SEO Tool ("the Service"), operated by Premier Code, Inc. ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service

The Service tracks search-engine ranking positions for keywords you supply and presents the results. Data comes from third-party search-data providers and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. We do not guarantee any ranking, traffic, or business outcome.

Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be authorized to track any domain you add.

Plans, billing & trials

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) through our payment processor, Stripe. Free trials convert to a paid plan only if you choose one; we do not require a card to start a trial. Plan limits (keyword counts, check frequency, and features) apply to your selected tier. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to violate any law, infringe others' rights, overload or probe the Service or its providers, or resell access without authorization.

Cancellation & termination

You may cancel anytime from the billing portal; access continues through the paid period. You may delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms or non-payment.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app.
